Vrlo komforna villa za 6 osoba, lijepo i ugodno osmišljena. Odlično projektirano grijanje, toplo i ugodno. Usprkos određenim problemima sa plinskim roštiljem, dežurna ekipa je na staru godinu u samo pola sata od poziva otklonila kvar. Sve pohvale za tehničku službu.

Unterkunft sehr hochwertig eingerichtet, allerdings sind die Bilder auf Booking KI-generiert. Außenbereich wunderschön und sehr gut für Hundehalter. Wohnbereich sehr gut getrennt mit 3 Schalfzimmern, super eingerichtete Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden für Haus und Tor.

Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise alles tiptop und unkompliziert. Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Super-Ausstattung. Toller Pool und ansprechende Gartengestaltung; Viel Privatsphäre aber dennoch sehr guter Verkehrsanschluss an die direkte Zubringerstrasse nach Rovinj. Sehr schöner Urlaub!!!

Szépen felújított ház, a konyha jól felszerelt eszközökkel. A medence és a kert nagyszerű. Nagyon jó volt, hogy teljesen körbekerített így a kutya nyugodtan szaladgálhatott. Rovinj könnyen elérhető autóval.

A klíma nem működött a fő hálószobában, ezt próbáltak menet közben orvosolni, de sajnos nem sikerült. Egy kávéfőző lehetett volna a házban.

Rooms were a little spread out but that worked fine

We loved the garden, the beautiful villa, the pool, the view from the place. The location is given, and well written among the information, so you will get, what you have been told. A nice 10 min. drive to center Rovinj. On the maid road, 15 min. walking distance from the house, there is a nice pizzeria - it is worth a try if nobody wants to drive.

This is a wonderful villa, stylish with charm, but unfortunately not really well kept. A little bit more care would be nice, as this house should be a luxury accomodation. There were problems w the cleanliness, it really was not spotless. The couch was stained, there was hair in the bathroom, the dishwasher was full as we arrived, one drappery was fallen down, so the whole house is calling for maintenance. It really deserves it, because a little bit more care, and cleanliness, and this place is a wonder accomodation for smaller groups or families. 😊

This is a beautiful villa inside and out. Modern design, spacious and homely. The outside area is particularly lovely and just great for a relaxing day by the pool. We had a super holiday here and I would definitely recommend it. The staff who met us on arrival and when we left were very friendly and helpful.

The sofas in the lounge aren't very comfortable. A blind in the downstairs bathroom had fallen down, a couple of light bulbs had gone and the plug in the kitchen sink didn't hold water. We told the staff so hopefully they'll get sorted out.
