I like Restaurant staff is good and providing good hospitality

Door lock not working properly, i waited more than 30 minutes to enter into room and again not worked after next day, really its very scared due to lock not working properly, always card acess in my stay of 5 days

Dark and small cubicle type, no ventilation rooms

Breakfast spread was Excellent . So many choices. Food was very nice , Airport is also conveniently located , just took 20 Mts to reach airport

Cot is very small for two persons sharing . Amenities in room all good but if the cot was little bigger it would have been nice

Location

The rooms need a renovation. Staff needs to be polite and needs to know how to treat the customers. There was no AC in the reception area. Had to beg for Amenities. Language issue with the staff.

No hot water running in the shower. Staff disturbing the privacy by knocking the doors for checking the blankets (?) Wanted to charge for the break-fast, though the room price is inclusive of it. Worst maintenance of entrance area.

I booked a large double room but I put up in large single room in 4 floor. After looking at the room, I made a call to reception and they took me to 3rd floor to show the other rooms. The large double room comes with master bed and sofa and I saw them when they showed me the rooms on 3rd floor (road facing). Rooms are dirty and smelling. In one of the room, the bathroom is full of cigarette smoke when I questioned the so called boy/supervisor sanyasi rao, he said in the great ginger hotel, the smoking is only allowed in bathroom and that's why it is smelling. That was the attitude of the staff. I moved to one of the room in third floor and this sannasi asks me to come to reception to get the new card but he don't want to arrange it for himself. That was the hospitality that you can expect from this hotel. Even though I checked-in the hotel at 5pm in evening, I decided to checkout at 10pm and moved to my relatives house as I don't want to be in that shady hotel with my spouse especially given the attitude of the staff. I paid 3200 for this hotel. Definitely it doesn't worth half of it.
