Everything was lovely, clean & the staff were super helpful & friendly!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food, overpriced and just not up to the standard of the hotel. But with that being said, the drinks were cold and the staff were super attentive. Not a dealbreaker but definitely something they should work on.

Staff were super attentive, helpful and friendly. Hotel is very well situated and for those who enjoy shopping and trying new restaurants there is an entrance straight in to the Mall of Africa across the road.
