Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Glendale Downtown

Our stay was great. The location of the hotel was close to a lot of tour attractions. Rooms were clean and beds were soft.

Clean and relatively re-freshed 2 star hotel

My stay at 2 star Holiday Inn Express in Glendale was ruined because of breakfast. You had to write that there is no space and breakfast in only - "to go". You have to take it and go! There were no place for even half of the clients. People were staying among the tables. There were lanes of people to get food. The food for breakfast was MOST CHEAP that you probably can get in One dollar store. Turkey and Pork Mechanically sperated out of bones meat into defrosted patties with self cost around 0.10 cents per pound. Oatmeal, bacon, omelet, bread and muffins. That is all from food. Cost of the room was the same as 4 star hotel in downtown LA. In the room was no even 1 bottle of water!! Not even one! If you needed to drink water you have to go and ask on reception. I paid for 2 nights around $500. I paid additionally $50 for parking. In general every moment I felt the word - ECONOMY in every detail this hotel offers. Highly not recommended!

breakfast has zero vegan options

All staff members were positive, patient, and proactive. We were not ideal guests. I lost one of the card keys, and we missed the breakfast window due to our teenagers running a race that took longer than expected. We were given grace and flexibility.

We loved the delicious breakfast buffet, the mountain view, and the proximity to the Americana mall.
