Small hotel but clean

Air conditioning is not on when you arrive , but rooms are clean.

It was clean and convenient

We stayed at the Lone Star Inn in Dickinson for a couple of days as a stop during our family vacation this summer, and I was honestly impressed. I was a bit hesitant at first since it’s not a big chain hotel, especially while traveling with kids—but as soon as we walked into our rooms, my concerns disappeared. We booked two rooms, and both were very clean, including the bathrooms. The rooms had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a no-frills place, but everything was well maintained and just what we needed to rest. The location is also super convenient—right off the highway, with plenty of fast food options nearby, even a Starbucks within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the location, price, and cleanliness made this a great choice for our family. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay.

Customer service was horrible pillows and bed lining dirty, electronic device that was in my room was missing and the front desk would not speak to me and when I called he kept hanging up. I would not recommend this facility to anyone human.

Good

Very hard to get inside the doors! No person to help except by text. A/c was not cooling well. We ended up having to move the bed closer to the mini split that was cooling the room.

not ideal for spontaneous travelers, would recommend for parents and their kids for longterm stays if neighborhood remains under construction.

Relatively clean

Something wierd is going on there. not too sure but my door was able to open without a key. I had a late night and came back at 4am. AND MY DOOR WAS OPEN. and I the owner didn’t care about it one bit. And the cops were called. And I’m wanting a refund. I didn’t even stay in the room for a total 3 hours all together. And I was treated like a joke. When that’s something they need to fix, and things were took.
