netflix and other apps werent working. tried contacting for a resolution but nobody answered or returned any messages.

Excellent location. Great size, clean, comfortable, modern and quiet. Close to beach, jetty, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff were very responsive in dealing with an issue at the start of our stay. Suggestions to staff - include information about onsite laundry (cost/coins required) in guest info guide and provide a foldable drying rack in room. Also, some complimentary bottled water (provided in most other SA properties we stayed at) - SA tap water isn’t the best.
