השירות היה ממש על הפנים על גבול האכזבה השירות של הקבלה ממש מביש מתנהגים אליך כמו גנב ורק רוצים שתלך מהמלון שלהם כנ״ל לגבי כול האורחים אין שירות חדרים האוכל על גבול לסגור תמטבח החדר אוכל בבוקר ממש על גבול הבושה הכול זבובים ויתושים אנשים הקיאו מחוץ לחדר אוכל צריך לסגור את המלון הזה אני לא מאמין שהם גובים כסף

O atendimento sempre muito cordial

O café da manhã, pelo fato da demanda ser alta, não era tão gostoso. Bolos ruins e frutas não eram tão saborosas (mamão sempre duro)

Pousada com ótima localização, atendimento impecável. Estrutura maravilhosa. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, muita comida industrializada, esperávamos comida fresquinha.

Solicitamos por 2 dias limpeza no quarto e ela não foi feita. Porém, no segundo dia a recepcionista se prontificou a resolver o problema e na hora uma pessoa foi limpar.
