The upkeep in the apartment needs some work , plumbing, decor, furnishings.

The ground floor unit was convenient as the rest of the family was on the second floor and there are no lifts. The pool was clean and set up nicely with table and chairs around…. But too many cockroaches running around so it was very uncomfortable and unhygienic to have a meal there.

We were in the first room on the ground floor. There was such a bad odour that it was unbearable. Toilet smells from the units above were coming through to us. The shower is as not cleaned properly. It is old and very uncomfortable. There were even brown stains on the ceiling. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Cockroaches running around. The rooms in the bottom on either ends had no kettle but it had a fridge.

The pool area was attractive and a nice set up with table and chairs under a covered area…. But this could not be fully enjoyed as too many cockroaches were crawling all over. AC worked well.

The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. It was too old and not deep cleaned. Cockroaches crawling all over the apartment. Not enough dishes provided in the kitchen. Could not use the freezer as it was full of frozen ice. Just a small bar fridge. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were actually small cushions very uncomfortable as well. Le Binome should review their policy on cleaning the place. We stayed for 7 nights and not once was the toilets or shower cleaned. We were not happy with that. As a hygiene measure toilets and showers must be cleaned regularly and should be included in the package. Only when we requested a change of towels was it done.

The room was not clean The light was blinking and not switching on properly Poor natural lightning as well And so much dirt everywhere was not clean at all The personal was not professional as well Arguing over the phone just behind the client room is not something that needs to be done You already gave a bad image when i went to the room for the first 5 mins hearing arguments about who is the client and stuff is not something that needs to be done Acceuil 0/10

I really loved the location. The location was amazing. 4min to La croisette and 4 min SuperU. Likewise sea is very close. Common area was great and it was very easy to get in touch with the manager of the place.

The place is quite old as compared to the pictures. Everything looked over used. There was no shower gel or shampoo not even hand wash. Maybe i missed reading the description but we did not prepare for that. The people next door sang and dance up to 5a.m. At some point, its okay but the owner must put some limits on the noise as we could not sleep. Of course, this is the fault of people as well as you cannot control everyone. Otherwise good stay.
