Nice, comfortable, clean apartment. Nothing exceptional regarding facilities and equipment, but it pretty much had everything you need. Communication and check-in was very efficient. And the area was really nice: just off the historic centre (10-15 minutes' walk from the train station), a regular bus to the centre just around the corner, shops and restaurants close by, a living neighbourhood with a nice Italian/migrant mix and the right amount of hip gentrification :-)

Location is very good, city is flat and you can reach everywhere by walk, this apartment is near main street and you can reach to station and center easily. Home was large and best choise for falimies with children, there were toys in apartment. It was extra clean, kitchen has full equipment, everything you need were there.

Unfriendly hospitality. Andrea was very friendly during welcoming but he is dissapeared after check in. You should call the facility number if you need something, but you may not be answered. Facility send only messages about terms and conditions, check out or etc. They did not solve our problems. The main problem was the weather. home always cold, if you intend to stay here, I reccomend to go summer. There is no heating source. There was a thermostat on the wall and it shows always 19 degree, no heating. I sent a message to facility about it and they gave answer with the regulation of Italy. "In italy, average temperature can not exceed 19C". But at nights weather was 7 degree. It is not acceptable for us. During rezervation, facility should inform about the regulations or something else like that. I would like to add that we saw many places where the temperature was above 19 C in Bologna. If this is saving administration, it is too negative for guests.

I liked that there was a second bedroom and I don't know why owner hided and not showed it in the pics. Apartment was very comfy and good. Distance from center was like 15 min on foot. Bus station is near that you can take the 11 bus and reach the center in 5 min.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen and household. Posted fotos reflect reality.

well equipped apartment, great with kids because there are toys and a children’s room, good location close to public transport, air conditioned and blinded… cozy as it says in the add!

it would have been nice to have some basic products such as salt, oil, detergent, coffee.
