השירות של הצוות היה מהיר וטוב! הם סייעו בכל שאלה שעלתה והמענה היה זריז מאוד. ממש מתחת למלון יש מאפייה וזה סוגר פינה של קפה ומאפה בבוקר (:

2 הוילונות בחדר היו תלושים מהמסילות ומעט קרועים, זה נותן תחושה של קצת מוזנח ולא מתוחזק

יחידה נחמדה מאוד. קצת קטן לזוג עם שני ילדים אבל אפשרי. ההנחיות להגעה וכניסה ברורות ונוחות. המטבח נחמד וכיף שיש מכונת קפה עם קפסולות.

הספה הנפתחת שהופכת למיטת הילדים מאוד לא נוחה. שוקעת בצד אחד. מים חמים- צריך כל הזמן להפעיל את הדוד. הוא כבה מעצמו ודורש התעסקות, אין מים חמים כשקמים בבוקר והדוד לא מספיק ל4 נפשות (שבאמת השתדלו להתקלח קצר).

העיצוב של החדר היה מהמם, תואם לתמונות, מקלחת מרווחת, מרפסת ענקית, כמות כיפית ומפנקת של מגבות ונייר טואלט.

האסלה הייתה מלוכלכת, המזרון הכי לא נוח בעולם, רך וישן.

הייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת בדירה. המקום היה נקי מאוד ומסודר. יש חניה מסודרת שזה יתרון גדול באילת, והמענה שקיבלנו לכל שאלה היה מהיר ואדיב. בנוסף, קיבלנו את הדירה הרבה לפני שעת הצ׳ק-אין, מה שהייתה הפתעה נעימה.

המחיר הרגיש מעט גבוה.

ביקשתי להאריך צ'ק אאוט בגלל המצב הביטחוני והשיטפונות. אילת ממש ריקה, היה מוזר לשמוע תשובה "לא"
