It's a very cozy boutique hotel, located in the city center. There is parking available on the bottom floor. The room is very nice and clean. We like the facility and the view of the marina. Right next to the hotel, there are convenience stores, bakeries, and small restaurants. In general, it's super convenient.

The communication with the hotel property is quite confusing. There are two WhatsApp business accounts that take turns to send me messages (some of them are automated bot messages). There are also Booking.com inbox messages. On the arrival day, a few minutes before the official check-in time (3:00 pm), they sent an email with all the check-in details. Unfortunately, we missed it due to the multi-channel communication. It took us quite a while to understand the fully contactless, self-service check-in process. Luckily, another hotel guest was there to help us. I'm not against the automated, self-service check-in/check-out process. It could be quite convenient. I just hope that next time it's better communicated with the guests ahead of time (the automated bot messages also need to be optimized, of course, and preferably just one unified channel).

שצריך להדליק דוד ואין מים חמים כל הזמן

יחידת האירוח הייתה סופר נקיה ומסודרת כשהגענו, ומאד אהבנו את העובדה שאין צוות פיזי במקום- כי הייתה תחושת פרטיות. זאת לצד העובדה שהיה איש קשר טלפוני שעזר בכל מה שהיינו צריכים.. המיקום נהדר, ממוקם ממש מעל למסעדה ומאפיה שנמצאים באותו הבניין. כל האטרקציות שנסענו אליהן היו מרחק של כ5-15 דק׳ נוסף לכך- יש לשוהים חניה פרטית שהיא ללא תשלום. בעיניי זה ממש מקל וחשוב :)

קצת פחות היו לנו נוחים זמני הצק אין שהם מ15:00 ועד 11:00 ביציאה. מה שכן- הייתי בתקשורת מול האחראים והם דאגו להכניס אותי עוד לפני 15:00 כשהדירה הייתה מוכנה לנו
