The television didn’t work they waited till we checked out to fix it. I’m staying with them again in January for two more weeks now the electricity doesn’t work. It’s been two days. They’re dragging their feet. They’re probably gonna wait till I check out in another week. I’ve been here for another week. I also have other days with here I’m asking booking to get rid of these other days because they have nonrefundable on it, but I’m not staying here in the next few weeks without electricity

A assistência da operadora é somente online, não tem ninguém presencial para resolver problemas quando necessário. No meu caso um simples codificar para televisão não foi providenciado. No momento do aluguel e no contrato não estava especificado que não esrava incluso o café da manhã.
