Snowcreek #936 - Shared Pool & Hot Tub!

The property is in a great location. My buddies and I took our sons to mammoth to fish at multiple lakes. 7 occupants in total for 5 days. The condo was close to everything but the amenities inside were below average. I spent 4 out of 5 Days texting the management team to send maintenance to fix both downstairs toilets as they weren’t flushing adequately which was a huge inconvenience since day 1. You had to hold down the handle extremely hard and hold it and even then they didn’t work. I was told the manager came by to check them out and maintenance on multiple days but it never got resolved as the toilet issue remained. We all had to use the upstairs toilet as it was the only one that was fully functional. Also, the AC cooled downstairs but not upstairs because vents were on the upstairs floor so the air would blow up but not well enough in a couple of warm days. We asked for fans and received them quickly. In addition, the fridge was old and wasn’t cold enough for the food/meat we stored. I brought salsa from home and in two days when I opened the jar, it bubbled up and was bad. We had to throw away some meat as well even though it was on its highest setting. The amenities stated pool/spa but only spa was available. Pool was a no go. All in all, it was spacious, great location, management co communicated well with me but this condo needs upgrades.

I liked everything very much, nice, clean and quiet! there is no swimming pool that made my daughter very sad
