Older hotel. Clean.

Very poor maintenance, nothing works properly AC&heater and plumbing issues, parking is across the road, very unsafe location

Very good! Good price point for clean, quiet hotel. Excellent customer service, great water pressure on 9th floor, clean room, mini frig, free parking across the street. Dog friendly with treats in the lobby.

Parking was across the street in a very old and dilapidated garage. No front desk after 6p was super inconvenient.

Very nice and clean and close to Amtrak station.

The room was filthy. I spent the first 20 mins scrubbing down the walls and beds because they were covered in dirt/who knows what else. It was 30 degrees outside and the heat did not work so we were freezing in our room. The bathroom light only stayed on for 30 seconds at a time. The hotel is in a sketchy part of town. The front staff is nice but only if you can get a hold of them. I will never book here again even if it was the last available spot. Horrific is an understatement.

Nice rooms and easy check in process

This was part of the old Harrah's Reno. The rooms have held up ok, but the hallways And elevators have seen better days. Parking across the street is not terrible, as long as it's not winter. Not. Romantic destination, but fine for friends or family in a budget.

The rooms are old. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and old. Their were blood stains on the walls.
