Cart not provided or offered for our luggage, dirty room, a/c stopped cooling had to reset the t-stat. The card keys stopped working so we had to go back to the lobby to get them worked.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was absolutely exceptional. The staff made us feel genuinely welcomed right away—starting with valet and continuing through the service attendants and front desk team. Every single person we interacted with was not only highly professional, but also warm, friendly, and inviting, which truly set the tone for our stay. The bartenders were equally impressive—attentive, personable, and more than happy to craft custom cocktails tailored to our preferences. It added such a fun and personal touch to the experience. The food, catered by the hotel for our event, was outstanding. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. There was an incredible variety of options that accommodated special diets and even satisfied the pickiest eaters in our group. Our guest room was just as impressive—beautifully designed and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean in every area, and everything was in perfect working order. The bed, pillows, and linens were incredibly comfortable, allowing us to enjoy a perfect night’s sleep. We especially loved the huge window, which offered a stunning view of the city and made the room feel even more special. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made it a truly memorable experience. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay.

Beautiful, modern, spotless, and perfectly located across from Paycom Center, gorgeous Scissortail Park and Bricktown Canal Was there during March Madness. Great energy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities luxurious. Special, thank you to Mark McD... and Deangelo. Appreciate the two of you for making my stay memorable. Chloe for solving a minor room service hiccup. Will recommend this property.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The food that was served in the restaurant/bar and the food served at the event were both very good.

The property was beautiful, very clean and right across from paycom. The staff were super nice as well
