马桶只要扔一张卫生纸纸就堵上，非常难用。入住的时候前台给错房间，给的低一级的房间，住到一半被告知给错了房间，可以换去正确的房间，嫌麻烦不换房间的话拒绝退差额！上班时间主持电话会议的时候酒店不停打电话到房间问一些乱七八糟的事。开会时房间外有请勿打扰的灯，服务员很清楚看到了请勿打扰的灯，仍然在外面使劲敲门，并在未允许进入的情况下擅自闯入房间打扫卫生，打断两次国际会议，多次驱赶才赶走！参加电话会议的人都惊呆了！

I went to have lunch with my family today, and the variety and quality of the food and drinks are amazing, especially the cranberry cream cheese and white wine. After lunch, I took my two girls to the playground and they had a great time there. The manage Sarah brought us pleasing experience.

this was my second time at this great hotel traveling on business to Jinan . amazing staff and clean .very warm welcome and a personal welcome from the general manager who went above and beyond , even arranging contact with sister hotel in Beijing for our onward travel . The staff is really helpful, the hotel manager very care about all and very kind. There are two excellent restaurants in the hotel, one is Japanese and the second is the grill bar....the two of them are at the highest level and it's a really amazing experience to eat there. It's my second time in that hotel and for sure I will come back again when I visit Jinan again
