Die zentrale Lage

Dass der Fernseher nicht funktioniert hat, man sich vorher wohl gar keinen Überblick über die Funktionalität gemacht hat. Und wenn man deswegen die Hotline anruft, unendlich lange in der Warteschleife hängt um dann schließlich auf Menschen zu treffen, deren Muttersprache nicht deutsch ist und es dadurch zu Unverständlichkeiten kommt, und man sich des Problems nicht weiter annimmt als einfach nur einen Zimmertausch vorzuschlagen, ohne zu wissen, ob dort der Fernseher funktioniert. Außerdem sieht man auf dem dunklen Teppichboden nur allzu gut, dass in der Nähe der Sockelleisten nicht gesaugt wird.

Freundlichkeit des Personals verbesserungswürdig. Service-Kraft beim Frühstück - mal ein kleines Lächeln, wenigstens ein "Guten Morgen" -Fehlanzeige Jede Bitte oder Nachfrage war einfach zu viel- schade!!! Wenn man für eine frühere Ankunft im Hotel bezahlen soll, sollte das auf der WEB-Seite des Hotels auch angezeigt werden

Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist gut.In 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Innenstadt und damit auch den Fußweg zur Wartburg.Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Restaurant mit großem Außenbereich.Fahrräder können auf dem hoteleigenen Parkplatz überdacht abgestellt werden.

Ausstattungsstil und Ambiente sehr gut und passend zur Stadt. Gefallen hat uns die zentrumsnahe und trotzdem ruhige Lage, Verfügbarkeit von Parkplätzen, die Zimmerausstattung mit Klimaanlage, die Größe des Frühstückraums, die Key-less Zugänge.

Scheinbar wird hier beim Personal gespart, welches sich bei Frühstück widerspiegelte (keine sauberen Gläser, volle Servierwagen, etc.) Detailsauberkeit (klebriger Nachttisch, Teppich nicht richtig gereinigt) Keine Ansprechperson verfügbar
