Obwohl das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war hat das Personal beim Frühstück alles immer wieder aufgefüllt bekommen.

A hotel right next to the arena where a concert I came for took place. A clean room, pretty standard amenities, with enough space. The breakfast was nice, a variety was great, from savory to sweet, whatever style you prefer. Everything fresh and tasty. Convenient transportation by D-Bahn, the train comes every 5-7 minutes, quite close to the airport.

Maybe it's a local holiday thing, but I found it hard to find personnel to help me out. A lady that had been behind the reception at one point was a delight. Having arrived at night, I had an issue with getting a code for entering the hotel and my room, I never received a message, so I had to call, and it took me 10 minutes to get a hold of an operator while standing in front of the hotel. The vending machines often glitched, never gave me my coins back, the coffee machine was half-empty. A sticky spill in the elevator stayed there for more than a day.

bol problém sa ubytovať cez automatickú recepčnú, číslo rezervácie formátovo nesedelo so systémom, nevymieňali uteráky, len každé 3 dni, nebol priestor na sušenie mokrých uterákov, izby sú príliš malé, chýbal šampon v kupelni, postele boli úzke, raňajky slabé a chudobné, nedokladali jedlo
