Excellent service with Arlo at the roof top restaurant- food was excellent, crafted drinks (bloody Mary’s) were exceptional. GOAT cheese salad, fiss tacos and tuna poke - all very very tasty - presentation also super nice.

Location was great

For a ticket to NYE it should have been top shelf alcohol for $200.

New Year’s Eve Reservation I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel on New Year’s Eve. I personally called the hotel directly using their local 321 phone number — not a third-party booking site — to make my reservation. Before booking, I specifically asked three separate times whether I could use a gift certificate I won in a silent auction for a New Year’s Eve stay. Each time, I was clearly told yes. I received a reservation confirmation email today and to be extra cautious, I called the hotel again to confirm my reservation and that I was using a certificate because I had trouble logging in. I was told again that my reservation was confirmed and that their system is quirky sometimes. When we arrived to check in, the front desk clerk refused to accept the gift certificate, claiming the reservation must have been booked through Hilton reservations site. I explained that I absolutely booked directly with the hotel by phone. Her response was that if they’re busy, calls automatically roll over to another site. How is a customer supposed to know that? Despite having confirmation and calling multiple times to verify everything, we were told the certificate could not be used for tonight. she instead offered to sell me a room for over $200. This experience was frustrating, misleading, and completely unacceptable. We relied on the information provided by the hotel itself and were still penalized at check-in. This ruined what was supposed to be a New Year’s Eve stay and reflects incredibly poor customer service.

Hotel Melby is my first choice for hotels in the Melbourne area of Florida. From its unique architectural style to its amazing rooftop restaurant, Hotel Melby gets every part of the visitor experience right. The rooms remind guests of luxury downtown city lofts at an unbelievably affordable price.

My family and I chose The Landing to dine out for my wife’s birthday. The sunset view was phenomenal, the food and cocktails were all perfect, and the service was glowing. Roxy was our server and she went above and beyond to take care of us and make my wife’s evening extra special. Robert was the shift manager and also looked after us to ensure everything was top notch while providing fun and cheerful conversation. We enjoyed our evening so much that we have decided to make this an annual tradition!

Allan (and the food) were the real stars of the night - we had a great experience and are excited to come back! Chef Alexis outdid himself with the updated menu. Highly recommend the oysters rockefeller and grouper!

Hotel Melby upstairs restaurant was soo good. Server Allan was timely, friendly and helpful with menu options, providing us with good recommendations. The food prepared by chef Alexis was soo fresh, flavorful and amazing. 10/10 will be coming again. The sunset was like a paid actor and delivered stunning views.

Melby has always been one of my favorite spots to go to in Melbourne! The view is to die for-one of the best in town! Our waiter Allan was not only amazing, but was as easy on the eyes as the sunset! The food was incredible and the drinks went down like very delicious alcoholic water!!!!

The view was breath taking, the drinks totally rocked, our apps At Allan's suggestion were delectable, the fire was an added bonus, and Allan is absolutely adorable, friendly and amazing
