Nothing at all

Pathetic customer service and very rude staff who do not fit to be in this position to look after customers as they seemed not to be in the right profession but just too rude and blame customers for their pathetic service.

Clean, spacious, air conditioning worked well. Comfortable beds and pillows. Communal area is large. Well situated in town. Good value for money.

Close to a bars so can hear music until 1am and drunken people yelling in streets. Can't complain too much though as reasonably priced and being well located near tourist precinct.

Shower leaked , so the floor was always wet. One roll (not a full roll) of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days isn’t enough. We had to go out and buy toilet paper, never had to do that before in all the dozens of places we have stayed

Comfortable Bed

Very, very noisy until 3.30am. Although the keys had a door code, the door code was already entered and the key lock was already open. Anyone could have entered the room

Nothing was overpriced.

No supplies, no access to room and not clean, no hot water or water pressure in the shower. not family friendly, no parking, not personal balcony, not enough toilet paper, no good at all. Way overpriced.
