Die Lage. Das Stadtzentrum ist fussläufig erreichbar, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nur wenige Schritte entfernt.

Die Art der Türöffnungen mittels Zifferntastatur; die Lampen warfen stets Schatten auf die Tastatur, man braucht mehrere Versuche. Außerdem ist der Behindertenfahrstuhl - zumindest am Wochenende- auch tagsüber nur über die Zifferntastatur zu öffnen. Der Handlauf am offiziellen Eingang ist nicht nutzbar.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent.

Der Frühstücksraum völlig überfüllt .Keine Möglichkeit zeitnah Platz und Essen einzusetzen. Haben uns das Geld fürs Frühstück zurück geben lassen.Ging anstandslos.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr günstig für Besuche in Stadtzentrum mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Busse und Straßenbahn halten vor dem Haus). Das Hotel hat einen großen Fahrradraum. Das Frühstück bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack, sogar kleine Gebäckstücke.

Unser Zimmer lag in >Richtung der nahegelegenen Bahnstrecke und man hat die Züge ziemlich laut gehört.
