"Unpersönliche Hotelmaschine mit stolzen Preisen"

Sehr zentrale Lage, Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel, unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Ausstattung wie eine Jugendherberge zu einem stolzen Preis, unangenehme Gerüche im Zimmer wie von verstopften Rohrleitungen, auf dem Flur wie von künstlichen Aromen. Frühstück: kein Rührei, kein Orangensaft, Frühstückraum am Sonntag um 9 überfüllt und überlaut und ohne Atmosphäre. Trotz freundlicher Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ein extrem unpersönliches Hotel. Aufzug: unterdimensioniert, zu Stoßzeiten lange Wartezeiten. Da gibt es noch viel Luft nach oben.

Die Lage

Unpersönlich, ungemütliche unzureichende Ausstattung. Eingangsbereich sehr klein und unfreundlich. Extreme Geruchsbelastung durch künstliche Duftstoffe. Keinerlei gastliche Annehmlichkeiten z.B. Kosmetiktücher, Wasser, Mülleimer pro Zimmer. Alles unangemessen zum Preis. Es war kein Platz beim Frühstück zu bekommen und das Personal war überfordert. Der Raum war extrem Laut.
