I had to ask multiple times for towels and at one point they did not have any clean towels. There was no toilet paper in the room and only a small amount on the roll upon checkin. Had Kpods but no coffee maker. The sink is a bit odd.. I could barely wash my hands as they touched the stopper. Nice location.

The hallway was very dirty with visible debris on the carpet. Limited employees on the weekend. The restaurants directly across from the hotel were closed.

Kiki at the front desk was great upon check in and throughout our stay. The on-site restaurants were great, as was the gym. Comfortable rooms and a great home base if you’re traveling the Blues Trail.

The bathroom sink is pretty small and not very functional. The room was dirty (trash on the floor, dirty furniture, hair in the tub and on the toilet seat). Forgot to pack conditioner and the hotel had no conditioner. The hallway was very hot as if no air conditioner was running and the hallways were in desperate need of vacuuming. I expected more for a newer property.

The lighting in the bathroom is to dark and our room was 511 and it had stains on the floor, the sheets looked dingy and it smelled like cigarette smoke.

When we arrived (at 6:00 pm or so) there was NO ONE at the reception desk. There were probably 10 other guests waiting for help in the lobby. They had been waiting a while, calling the hotel number, only to hear it ring at the unmanned reception desk. We walked around and could find no one. About 15 minutes later, help came - 2 ladies from different directions, one with take out food.
