Property was within walking distance to concert venue so major + for that. Staff was friendly but wanted to charge me for an extra room that I accidentally booked. It was eventually corrected but the original staff person was a little rude. Also for a place that’s this upscale you’d expect free wifi but no. They charge you $12 a day.

It’s an awesome property in a great location

The hotel has mindless policies that aggravate customers. The gain the hotel achieves is so small but the piss the customer off factor is really high. Management need to reconsider some really dumb policies that taint the otherwise awesome experience.
