"Good"

The drain latch on the tub was missing and stuffed with paper towels! The tub is permanently stained. The too-short curtains were hung with the top12” of the windows not covered. The office counter top has black areas where there was tape a long time ago. Small rodents and bugs would be able to enter the room through the big space under the door. The bedroom floor has been recently replaced—a plus.

"This is the perfect place to stay for a budget-conscious traveler!"

I really liked the location - west of my destination and on my way home.

There was really nothing I did not like about the property. It’s an older hotel with few amenities - perfect for someone on a budget. The bed was comfortable and the folks running it were very sweet.

We do like this particular motel due to the close proximity to our family we visit once a year or so, however, the bathrooms could use some additional surface cleaning.
