The staff were horrible! Also way overpriced for the room you get- it’s nothing to speak highly about.

This hotel is absolutely terrible. Completely rundown. The safety is dangerous. There is nobody working the front desk because there’s nobody staying at this hotel. They prop the door open in the front so the two guests that we’re staying there can get in at night. This must be a monthly rental it appears that people live there. I am absolutely disgusted. We ended up leaving because of the safety of the property.

It was a little chilly in the motning. There was no heater in our room. Bteakfast was not available at the time of our stay. The outer door to the parking lot was not locked at night. We came back to the hotel after 10pm and we were able to enter the back of the hotel without using our key card and the hotel closed at 10

A lot of the amenities such as the pool and breakfast were closed down. The hotel was as expected, it did not impress but did not have bed bugs so I would say it was a good stay! Would stay again if I had to.

Location perfect for our visit. Could use renovation but clean, good location for our visit, and helpful staff.

Everything was great other than my property damage deposit not being returned or in the time frame I was assured it would be.

Security is a problem. We called ahead to let them know we’d be checking in after hours and were given a code for a lock box in which we would find our key. What was in our lock box instead was the master key, meant for the front desk girl the next morning. Our room keys were in the other lock box. Oops. Good thing we weren’t thieves or worse. Mistakes happen, but considering the outer entrance wasn’t even locked, the slide lock in our room had been busted in and never repaired, and our window screen looked like it had been pried open at some point and never repaired, I think security just isn’t a priority at this property. Just be aware.

Always have a wonderful stay, the staff is really nice and try hard to make things wonderful. This is a older hotel and with that comes lots of character. They are slowly renovating rooms so be patient with them. Small town with a cute hotel.
