"Toll für Handwerker"

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sehr bequem.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok für Grundbedürfnisse, aber nichts besonderes. Ein paar Haken mehr im Badezimmer wären super. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Ähhhhhhhhhh... schwierig...

Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts den Eindruck, dass grundlegende Serviceleistungen, die man in einem Hotel erwarten darf, nicht selbstverständlich waren. Wir möchten uns dennoch entschuldigen, dass wir offenbar einen erhöhten Aufwand verursacht haben, indem wir beim Frühstück nach fehlenden Tellern, Tassen oder aufgefüllten Getränken gefragt haben. Ebenso bedauern wir, dass wir nach Handtüchern fragen mussten und dadurch zusätzliche Arbeit entstanden ist. Unser Aufenthalt hat leider nicht den Erwartungen entsprochen, die wir an ein Hotel und dessen Service stellen. Daher werden wir von einem weiteren Besuch absehen.
