It’s a 5 star experience thanks to Patrick working the valet. He made my experience at the hotel 10x better and is an important asset to the team. If everyone worked as hard as Patrick we would have flying cars in a week.

My family and I always make it a point to stay at Aloft when we visit Tampa, not only to unwind in a great city but also for the quality of service from the workers there. One standout was named Patrick from the valet team, who is not only very friendly but also gave me some great recommendations for food, like Casa Tina and Antojitos Doña Chirris, two great places that remind me of home.
