"Will stay again"

Electronic checkin - last time I had to wait over 15 mins to get keys Less than 5 min walk from Plymouth train station Excellent wifi Clean spacious room Excellent shower pressure Rapid response when I complained about the heating not turning on Clean spacious kitchen

£50 deposit beforehand Extra check in step Too many emails "thank you for your booking" "thank you for staying with us" "thank you for choosing us" - please only send one email and get rid of the extra 'online check in' and £50 deposit During my stay the thermostat in the corridor was turned off, so the heating in my room also turned off and it was freezing that night No lift for luggage

"I enjoyed my short stay overall.."

Asides from the fact that the room heater wouldn’t work/come up during my stay, and I couldn’t find a kitchen paper towel to use in the kitchen , it was A neat property and a good location.

Good location, good price

Oven not working so food is wasted. Bad drainage smells from shower room into bedroom ! Poor service! It is very difficult to get hold with staff🥵

"Not worth the stay"

The room was clean and tidy and was close to the train station

My.train was 2.5 hours late. Not only was it 10pm at this point, Pureservice never sent me the check in codes. I sat outside for 5 minutes upon arrival waiting to receive an out of hours text, then once inside in the stairwell waited 30 min for a response just to.get into my "area". Whomever was texting was initially disrespectful but then helpful. I made a complaint to Pureservive on Booking.com who then minimised my comments by sending the details after the fact. Unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude.

"Really nice."

Really clean and great location for railways and centre of Plymouth. Was on top floor so a few steps for these old legs to manage but facilities were great. Only lacked a lot washing machine to be perfect. Not much call for that for a weekend trip though.

The location, didn't have a decent view from our room window but the view from the kitchen window is stunning.

Shower, it's so hot I scolded myself plus funky smell in the bathroom
