Incredible atmosphere, Marcus was so helpful when we arrived very late from London. The restaurant is excellent. Room was clean and ok size. Evening events are amazing

Bed was not comfortable, squeaky floor (that's probably very common in England though...)

"A disaster!"

Intrigued by the automotive element

Our booking for superior room turned out to be on the top floor up a number of short stairs followed by a long and very steep flight. My wife had difficulty negotiating so many stairs and we were offered another room which was rather smelly and still accessed by a couple of flights. We gave up and abandoned ship and had to find alternative accommodation. Despite being offered a refund, we have received nothing. Be warned that this might be a great place for young fit people but is totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues.
