The deposit of 250€ that they took in advance and still is not refunded to my acount after 18days Also they gave us just 2 toilet papers for 3 persons for 5 days unacceptable! The A/C was making huge noise inside the room and also there was a lot of noise from outside street ! Not a quiet place unfortunately! I don’t recommend it

"Not too cosy or comfortable!"

• Location • Cooker • Bathroom and shower • Beds were comfortable • Easy to enter and depart • Efficient pick-up service to/from airport

• Flat was cold even with air con on. • Cold stone floor in poor condition with no rugs. • Bathroom: no shower gel or shampoo, no loo roll holder or hooks, shower curtain useless. • No basic supplies (e.g. condiments) except tea, coffee and sugar. • One small inadequate cleaning sponge for all cleaning, inadequate cleaning utensils in general. • No instructions for any appliances such as tv, coffee machine, air con, cooker • Noisy at night. • Double bed made terrible creaking noises and no privacy in 2nd bedroom. • Rubbish disposal instructions not clear and out of date.

"Really enjoyed our stay in Valetta at Cosy and Comfy"

The apartment was very centrally located within easy reach of the main attractions Edward was excellent meeting us at the ferry terminal and helping with our luggage also driving us to the airport

"Mala atención al cliente"

La ubicación

Las camas y el ruido de la calle. La escalera olía mal. La atención al cliente. No pudimos pagar la fianza antes de entrar en el apartamento por un problema con el banco y a pesar de la continua comunicación con ellos no nos dieron las llaves hasta q se aclarara el asunto. Estaba lloviendo y era tarde. Está empresa no tiene oficina en La Valletta por lo que la comunicación era por tlf y whatsapp, todo online. Fue muy dificultoso todo.
