Decent breakfast

The check-in process was chaotic — we arrived after a long trip, but the computers were down, and we couldn’t get a room key for hours. The front desk attendant was not helpful, the floor was dirty, and the AC didn’t cool. I didn’t feel safe sleeping without a working key. Very disappointing for an IHG hotel.
