Schlafcouch nicht komfortabel, Vorhangstange nicht ausreichend befestigt, Beleuchtung im Bad defekt (Wackelkontakt), Keine Privatsphäre durch anliegende Wohnungen (Fenster) zur Terrasse.

"dringende Optimierung der Müllecke notwendig"

die Ausstattung ist neu, umfangreich und geschmackvoll. technisch ist auch alles da.

leider gibt es ein heftiges Müllproblem direkt vor der Veranda der Wohnung . der Zugang zur Wohnung kann nur durch den Gang durch diese schreckliche müllecke (anscheinend von sehr vielen Ferienwohnungen benutzt) erfolgen. die graue Tonne (groß) war mehr als übervoll und der Deckel stand offen bzw konnte nicht geschlossen werden. neben der grauen Tonne stehen einfach so fast wie Stolperfallen alle weiteren Tonnen (gelb, Papier und Bio) unansehnlich und abturnend nebeneinander. einige Menschen hatten ihre vollen Müll Säcke in die Hecke neben der grauen Tonne geworfen. es wimmelte von Fliegern und es gab einen ekelhaften Geruch. insgesamt ist der Zugang zur Wohnung zum abgewöhnen, man muss immer durch die eklige müllecke gehen. zu guter Letzt ist das Wohnzimmer ziemlich dunkel und die Wohnung ist leider auch hellhörig. des Nachbarn Badezimmer ist direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer.
