"Far better than Ibis and Accor hotels"

Staff had exceptional customer service, despite their computer problems, the staff let me in with their card and ensured I was able to access the carpark and room.

Compared to Ibis or other Accor properties, this hotel is leagues ahead of them. I didnโ€™t find anything wrong with the hotel.
