"Service Katastrophe!"

Die Lage über dem See.

Absolute Service Wüste. Vor Ort ist niemand! Umständlicher Check in, der nicht funktioniert. Über Buchungscode welchen ich nicht hatte. Parkplatz 200m entfernt bedeutet Gepäck schleppen, da Zufahrt zum Hotel für PKW gesperrt ist. Nichts ausgeschildert. Frühstück bis 10 Uhr, aber Check out bis SPÄTESTENS 10 Uhr danach funktioniert Zimmer Karte nicht mehr. Heißt Frühstück rein schlingen und Gepäck wieder zum Auto schleppen. Alles elektronisch und für einen Preis von 160€ eine absolute Zumutung! Erholunfsfaktor gleich Null. Wer Entspannung sucht, meidet dieses Hotel! Außerdem stand bei Booking Restaurant am Abend, was natürlich geschlossen war. Nie wieder!

Wir fanden es traurig, dass es kein Rührei aus frischen Eiern gab sondern nur aus einer Fertigmischung.

Das Personal war von sehr freundlich bis nicht freundlich. Man kann leider nur an einem Terminal einchecken, kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner. Standartzimmer klein, aber alles ganz neu und sauber. Wenn man ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Walensee hat ist es zauberhaft. Wir fanden es traurig, dass es kein Rührei aus frischen Eiern gab sondern nur aus einer Fertigpackung.

Фантастично красиве місце, новий і комфортний готель. Все на вищому рівні👌

Досить скромний по розмірам спортзал, не має гантелів і силових тренажерів. Якщо плануєте позайматись - то це тільки кардіо. Сауна також скромно компактна)) сніданок простий досить - але в цілому вистачає, основне все є.

"The stay was good and comfortable and the location was extremely beautiful"

Location and scenic views right from the room.

I found it quite expensive and since there was no staff as it’s a self check in hotel, we had communicate via emails and I found the customer service not upto the mark.

"Goede plek om comfortabel te overnachten."

Mooie ligging en uitzicht, schone en comfortabele kamer. Goed ontbijt.

Self check-in werkte niet. Parkeren op afstand. Doordeweeks alleen ontbijt, geen lunch of diner.
