Quarto muito bom e cama confortável

Funcionária entrou dentro do quarto com outra pessoa, com a porta trancada, para fazer manutenção da porta. Achei desagradável não respeitar a porta trancada

Da localização do hotel e do tamanho do quarto.

A recepção do hotel localizada no bar do hotel é bastante pequena e com poucos lugares sentados, gerando alguma confusão quando chegam várias pessoas ao mesmo tempo. O pequeno almoço devia ser exclusivamente em regime buffet. O facto de trazerem pratos feitos para as mesas com algumas coisas que não são do nosso agrado apela ao desperdício de comida e faz com que tenhamos de estar sempre a pedir o que queremos e a esperar que tragam. A casa de banho dos quartos está inserida no próprio quarto fazendo com que uma pessoa incomode a outra quando vai à casa de banho durante a noite quando acende a luz da casa de banho.
