It was easy access

beautiful property, great for families. Walk up to the beach. *the staff on the phone should learn to say Ideal Beach Resort, when you talk to them, don't be confused when the girls says Idol Beach Resort. Sheets had a ton of hair in them. My husband looked it over and we felt the beds were recently made, not slept in, just bad laundry service. Maybe change the dryer filter every load.

We drove 4 hours to get to this resort only to be told that there was no reservation for us. Booking.com didn’t even have the correct phone number for the property, they were unable to contact the property or the timeshare owners when we contacted them for support. Booking.com were next to useless and of no help no escalation options, no support.

The fact that booking.com basically stole money from us under false pretenses!!

we liked the comfort of the apartment n easy accessibility to the beach area

It was clean and had evrything we needed. It was a little warm at night, but other than that it was great! Wonderful place to have a family vacation.

For me and my family always is an amazing time in this place, the beach is close, and is a lovely place. where everything that we need, is possible to find inside

Sometimes it is too hot to be inside the apartment at night, and the fans are not enough.

Check in was awesome. Ladies in the office very friendly.

The pool and public areas are absolutely disgusting! With the amount paid surely they could hire someone to keep the pools, bathrooms, store, ice cream area, sitting area outside and chess area clean!! These public places are in disarray and just nasty. I understand sand and outside elements but not nasty bathrooms, sticky tables and just not ever cleaned public areas. The rooms could be cleaner. I generally will bring my own cleaners and I need them here!

Loved the green areas and amenities. Fun place to stay at.

I stayed a few nights while a retreat was in town. The location was perfect, and it was super clean. The view of the lake was nice, and it was efficiently laid out with a 1970s cabin vibe.
