Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort

We were there for a cornhole tournament. The bartenders running the event were extremely rude. The ones that were in the casino part were absolutely the best! (Also the morning girl makes the best Bloody Mary). The other thing I was not happy about was we decided the day of that we were going to get a room. The lady at the front desk was very nice and explained that she could not give us the room rate for the cornhole but would charge us now and to call on Monday and Cindy Johnson would refund us the difference, she gave us her card and I agreed to be charged the $380 a night. With the understanding that on Monday it would be reduced to 175.00 I called Monday got her voice mail no return phone call so I called again on Tuesday and again got vm she had someone else call back and say that she would not be able to give us that room rate or she would have to do it for everyone I asked if there was a lot of people that called back to get that rate as the hotel was booked but there was a cancellation and we grabbed it quick. She stated that wasn’t the point and couldn’t do it. I guess learned from our mistake the casino makes $400 on a room, 5 dollar beers and money in the machines but won’t stick to there word

Total and I mean total waste of money games suck bonuses on top of games suck even more all of these places are worthless I've been to five casinos and never want anything at any game it is not my luck these places are worthless I don't understand how any casino gets people to come back and waste money at any of their games they feed off of the weak I expected at least have a little fun losing money but it wasn't even fun their games suck I cannot say that enough

Another great stay at Grand Casino!

Beautiful, Casino & hotel, easy and plentiful parking. The only downfall was the Wi-Fi was not available in certain rooms I ended up transferring rooms the management was very helpful & understanding. Also, the spa was very expensive and everything was extra, including the sauna, which was separate from the general pool area.
