Indulge Luxury Homes - Dockside Marina

Comfortable beds and pillows good.

Booked & paid for this 4 bed, 2 bath house in December 23 for April 25-29 stay. On 8 April we were advised the property would not be available 'due to maintenance'. We were offered a 3 bedroom apt in lieu of the house. That wasn't equivalent to the 4 bedroom house we had paid for. They offered us 2 X 2 bedroom apartments at the Langtree property. These were grotty - we had to wash the south facing balcony ourselves. There are no windows in the bedrooms. They include kitchenette - definately not a kitchen and it's akin to staying in an office really - I'm kicking myself I trusted them when they said the apartments were equivalent to the house & wish I'd read the reviews earlier - but being a long weekend we were stuck with it. Four of the six guests were 80+ and the two flights of back stairs were not ideal. We did watch a couple of drug deals in the back car park. BUT, here's the kicker...can you imagine our dismay when we learnt the owners of the house (and 35 other properties) with Indulge branding were staying in the house we initially booked. The reception staff were sympathetic and professional. The cleaners were a little intimidating & I didn't appreciate the discussion with them. Overall crap experience re this accommodation. Luckily, we all have a great sense of humour and did not let it dampen our otherwise exvellent weekend. Langtree apartments are not luxurious or delux as advertised and we won't be booking or recommending Indulge.

Beautifully presented, so stunning inside and out. Absolutely loved the his and hers ensuite and king bed in the master room. Beautiful property all round
