There was no staff so they could not receive our luggage but the hotel was good and facilities were plenty as well with washing machine and dryer

Clean, spacious, good lighting and easily accessible. Good signage to make it easy to find. It is close to various restaurants and a grocery store for quick meals or snacks. Kitchenette was well equipped with all of the basic utensils for the option to cook. The fridge was an appropriate size for the apartment.

The noise from the floor above implies a need for greater insulation between floors. Luckily, we were getting ready for our day at the same time as the upstairs neighbors. The couch on one side could use an update as the arm rest has lost its padding and has sunken in.

More than enough beds. Too many probably.

Not much thought or care is put into whether the room would be comfortable for us during our stay. For example, lack of wall hangers. Except in the toilet and entrance hangers, nowhere to hang our bags or clothes or PJs that we want to wear again. Secondly, we stayed for 6n but no spare plastic bags for rubbish. I think provider just want to maximise number of beds. It would be good if there is a proper dining table with chairs or bench so we can eat breakfast properly at least. not much place for placing luggages at area where the kitchen is. Maybe owner/staff can consider staying in the property with at least 5 other people and realise how uncomfortable the experience is. Location is also far... from main station, especially in winter.. the 20mins walk is not bearable.

Complicated check in.

Slippers old. Bed and pillow uncomfortable. Check in very complicated with unfriendly staff only online: such an impersonal “hotel” even AirBnB is better

good location there are 2 bahtrooms and 2 toilets

the hotel didn't prepare tissue papar and garbage bag enough for ten nights that we stay
