"Ok accommodations for a single person or couple without a pet."

Air conditioning worked well

The hosts didn’t disclose the pet fee until hours before arrival. It was $50 on top of the original $60 cleaning fee. That is the highest pet fee I have paid after years in Europe. The “apartment” is a loft with one bed. The bed can best be described as a futon mattress placed on the floor upstairs. The bathroom smelt bad.

"Disappointing"

the apartment was really close to the centre of the city and the communication with the host was satisfied. It also had hot water all the time.

the apartment was not suitable for 4 persons. the one bed was not actually bed, but a really thin matter at the floor. it was a bit uncomfortable. The towels was also not clean enough. there were things that could be improved, such as the old furniture, especially the couch. I was not satisfied especially with the price of 200€ per night. I expect a lot more.
