Location of hotel is good

1.The card used to switch on the electricity should be kept in an easy-to-open holder. The card holder provided by the agent is inconvenient for guests. 2.The agent should provide clear instructions and check-in information before the check-in time to facilitate a smoother process for guests. However, the information was only given after check-in, and it was incorrect. The agent informed us that the room was in Tower 1, whereas it was actually in Tower 7. This caused significant inconvenience, as guests had to walk around searching for the hotel room in the rain, especially since Tower 1 is separate from Tower 7. 3.Parking is not provided, therefore guests are required to pay RM20 per entry to park in the basement. 4.A microwave is provided, but basic utensils such as scissors, which are needed for heating food, are not available. 5.There are black stains on the tiles in the living room.
