No soaps in the room, key cards rarely wirk, aircon not working well

Location beside a mall was excellent. I could go shopping and eat at the mall restaurants,

I requested for airport pickup but I didn't receive feedback so I had to get a taxi at the airport.

The centrality of the lodge was great. The lodge is up to standard, modern looking with great features. The lady at the restaurant was very polite and helpful. They brought an iron around in the mornings and that worked very well. Very quick response to requests on their request card. This I thought was a very great way to respond to anything.

The carpeted floors, the carpet was dusty on the first night but luckily it was cleaned on the second day allowing me to sleep a bit better. The breakfast serving was not up to standard, they had minimal choices and little provided on the serving dish and were slow to replenish.
