Beautiful rooms and communal areas. Staff are so kind and helpful. Room was huge and airy, well appointed and complimentary breakfast was very good.

Additional charge for car park.

The historic vibe is amazing. The rooftop lounge was so cozy with a good view of downtown.

The parking isn’t the most assessable.

I have stayed at your property in the past and was previously very impressed with the quality of service and accommodations. However, during this most recent visit, I was disappointed to encounter ants in my room. This issue not only affected my overall experience but was also particularly concerning, as I had recommended your hotel to colleagues who were traveling with me. Unfortunately, this situation left me feeling both disappointed and embarrassed, given the high regard in which I previously held your establishment. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. I appreciate your time and attention to this concern
