The Bee Hotel, Danville

This is the first time I have been to the hotel, my sisters second. The hotel has a great atmosphere and beautiful rooms. We stayed in a normal room, but were able to look at the kitchenettes for our next visit and they are like mini apartments, roomy with whatever one may need to cook. The breakfast is not a buffet, but offer enough to give a light breakfast before you start your day with bagels, cereal, muffins and variety of breakfast drinks. Any employee we talked to were friendly, professional and great to talk to. The building was la type of publishing mill and has some original equipment and spiral staircase on display. The rooftop was perfect to sit and relax before heading to bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel experience. Building is historic and beautifully renovated. Room was gigantic and so pretty and bed was very comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Danville area.

Excellent room very clean bed slept very well excellent staff ! We stayed here to enjoy the Casino near by for a third of the price. When we visit Danville in the future this is where we will stay. Best kept secret in Danville!

We chose to stay at the BEE on our recent trip to Caesar's casino. The room was well stocked and had everything we needed. We were on the ground floor which was perfect bc it allowed us to walk straight in from the st and not have carry our luggage up/down stairs. Hotel was walkable to restaurants and shops. When we checked out, we left items behind including some cash. Within 30 mins, we were immediately contacted by the hotel and we were able to create a shipping labeled and they mail it to w us within days. We were so grateful for the whole front desk team and housekeeping for their honesty. We cant wait to go back.

Overall very good. Breakfast was good.

It was a bit noisy with other patrons "slamming" doors and noise from people on the street outside the room.
