"The staff have let the property owners down for poor communication, other than that the house was really good."

The location was excellent, the house was a good plan.

It was a shame that the staff didn’t make up the 2nd bed like they had said they would and so when it was late at night we then realised there was no bedding so had to make other arrangements. The staff blamed us and said it was our fault even though they had told us it had all been arranged.

It was easy, though my partner is with Vodafone and mobile coverage was hit and miss at times, so if we relied on her mobile it might have been difficult to get the code.

Downstairs in the pool room there was a sewerage type odour, and if we wanted to use the pool table we had to vent the room for at least 10 mins prior to being in there. I'd expect better than this for the amount of money charged. Also it's a 3 bedroom house, you could have supplied a larger toaster. A slow 2 slice unit, really?! The coffee machine produced bath water. If going to the effort to supply one I would suggest a better unit.
