Unkomplizierter Check-In & Check-Out. Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet.

Hätte mir Steckdosen auf beiden Seiten vom Bett gewünscht und eine etwas bessere Belüftung im Bad.

The location is fine, you can walk to the City Center in like 20-25min. Berliner Tor is also 5mins away and HBF is 15min away. The room and the lobby were clean and tidy.

I tried to check in early at around 8:30 a.m. I would have loved to take a quick shower after my journey, and I was happy to pay the early check-in fee if necessary. However, I was told that no rooms were available. The young lady at reception suggested that I come back around 12:00–12:30 and try again. That seemed a bit suspicious, but I accepted it and left. I returned at 1:30 p.m., and once again I was told that no rooms were available. That's what I call "a big fat lie." The same receptionist then told me to come back at 2:00 p.m. Suddenly, at exactly 2:00 p.m., all the rooms were apparently available and cleaned, and we were able to check into three or four rooms at the same time. What disappointed me most wasn't having to wait—it was the feeling that I had been misled from the beginning. Because of this experience, I won't be staying at this hotel again. Across the street, the former Super 8 (now Premier Inn) offers much better customer service. Their rooms are also larger, more modern, and overall a better choice.

Уютный номер, соответствует фотографиям. Окна во двор, спокойно.

Уборку нужно заказывать, убирают не каждый день. В номере на 3 человек всего 2 стула, не очень удобно за столом сидеть.

Everything went very smoothly, comfy room and nice with 24h open. Nice staff. Close to train station Berliner Tor so easy to get anywhere.
