It could have been more clean and updated in the room. I thought it was going to be like the Cambria in Fort Mill. The facility is beautiful and convenient though.

The staff was great with the exception of the front of house manager.

The comforter was dirty, hair in the sink, and shower, and a live roach on the counter. After complaining we were switched to the room right beside it which had no hot water. I do have pictures. Choose not post them.
