Sehr zentrale Lage, 10 min zum Bahnhof/Stadtmitte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Parkplatz hinter dem Haus Sehr bequeme Betten Getränkeautomat im Haus Zimmertausch bei Reklamation sehr unkompliziert

Bäder, insbesondere die Duschen und Böden im Zimmer benötigen eine Intensivreinigung, Silkon sollte erneuert werden, ebenso wäre eine Renovierung notwendig, da es an manchen Stellen sehr abgewohnt ist Frühstücksraum wäre einladender, wenn nicht alle Tische und Stühle zusammen geschoben da stehen würden, so dass man, wenn man sich setzen möchte, erst mal nicht mit Tisch und Stühlen rangieren müsste

Hervorragende Klimaanlage.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr preiswert. Das Angebot trotzdem völlig ausreichend. Allerdings kann man seinen Teller oder die angebotenen Tabletts nirgends abstellen - man hat dann keine Hand mehr frei, um sich etwas zu nehmen. Vielleicht kann hier noch etwas verbessert werden.

der service, denn mein wc lief nach der ersten nutzung durch. zum einen hat man mir einen zimmer wechsel angeboten, bzw., das problem zu lösen wenn möglich. es konnte zu meiner zufriedenheit gelöst werden.

das es leider keine möglichkeit gibt, die betten(hatte zwei einzelbetten) nach dem zusammen schieben festzustellen, so das man problemlos in der mitte liegen kann.

"Der Preisvorteil hatte sich relativiert (oben), ich würde beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen"

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut geschnitten, hatten viel Ablagefläche

Eine Gebühr von 15 Euro pro Zimmer, um um 13.00 Uhr statt um 15.00 Uhr einchecken zu können, fand ich happig.

"Prettige plek om.Ruhrgebiet te verkennen"

Ligging ten opzichte van treinstation, airco werkte goed, goed ontbijt.

Personeel ratelde gewoon in het Duits door, terwijl duidelijk was dat ik uit Nederland kwam. Bedden erg smal. Ik wilde een strijkbout lenen, dat mocht tegen een borg van €10,- Dat vond ik vreemd en niet klantvriendelijk. Uiteindelijk mocht ik alleen in de lobby even de steijkbout gebruiken.
