je suis satisfait de mon séjour. accueil chaleureux. hôtel a pris en considération ma demande concernant une chambre au plus haut étage.
Ich habe nach 24 Uhr eingecheckt. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit war schwierig. Das Einchecken mit dem Code war einfach. Es war ruhig und das Frühstück angemessen.
Nachdem wir unser Zimmer nicht verschließen konnten,haben wir umgehend ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Super Service!
Leider ist der Hotelparkplatz immer bsetzt. Rechnen Sie 20Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht.
Expedia... Meine Zahlung wurde abgebucht aber wohl nicht an das Hotel durch gegeben. Habe somit doppelt gezahlt und jetzt Stress um mir mein Geld zurück zu holen.
Reception was very nice, easy to park but the room had a smell of smoke when we arrived. We opened the window for most of our stay and it disappeared but it was a no smoking room so we wondered why there was this smell.
Hotel is fine, nothing special! Thanks to hotels.com for there good job and help! Hotel doesn’t provide daily cleaning! Not even to take out daily trash! As they said… every sacond day… just to be aware for all!!!
